BRAOU BLISc Distance Duration & Eligibility
The BLISc course at BRAOU is a one-year undergraduate program divided into two semesters with a maximum duration of four years for completion. To apply, candidates must be graduates from a recognised university.
Admission is granted in a preferred order first to graduates working in recognised libraries with at least one year of experience in a regular or substantial post at the level of Record Assistant or above second to graduates holding a diploma or certificate in library science from a government recognised institution third to professional graduates such as those with degrees in law pharmacy or engineering and finally to other graduates with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks. A relaxation of 5 per cent is given to candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC or PH categories.
