BRAOU fee refund policy

- Refund only in rare cases:
The BRAOU does not refund admission, course, or exam fees. Students can request a refund only in rare cases, and they must submit a written request with the required documents.
- No refund for a technical issue?
BRAOU does not refund the fee if a technical problem happens during the payment process.
- Payment gateway charges
The university does not refund any gateway charges, such as UPI, card, or net banking charges. These charges belong to the bank, not to the BRAOU University; therefore, they are not refundable.
Note: the BRAOU refund process takes time. If the university approves a refund, it usually takes 15 -20 working days, and the refund amount will be credited to the student’s original account.
